Following the eruption of crises at Kona communities in Jalingo and Ardo kola, CFID BOT and management put together emergency relief material (food and non food items) to the 3 different camp in the host communities where the IDPs were being hosted.
The host communities were also not left out in the intervention, part of the relief materials was given to them to foster unity and peaceful coexistence with the IDPs. More than 900(nine hundred) households and host community members were reached, bringing the total reached to over 3000 (three thousand) individuals.
In addition 9 pregnant women were registered for antenatal services at the federal medical center, other investigations were carried out on them and their routing drugs provided.
